Hello friends, this is my first study of a 3D scan pipeline, where I want to learn more about the process of scanning, cleaning, and texturing scan characters and bringing real people to a game-ready character. This first one was a pretty experimental one, where I scanned my mother using my cellphone camera, took the pictures to the KiriEngine app, got the scan model, and started sculpting it. The results that came from the scan were pretty rough, so I almost did a likeness process for this one, but it is still a good project to learn and start researching more about this theme. Also was great to bring my mother to the digital world as a game character.
The topology of the clothes is not so optimized for games, but it's still a game process, with topology, uvs (Maya), bakes, and PBR textures (Substance Painter).
Also, I've tried to improve my rendering skills in Marmoset, especially with the lightning.
